Caring professional service
It was great! Love Caitlyn! Always cheerful and friendly!!!! (even though I hate visiting the dentist she makes it fun)
Patty was wonderful before the appt explaining several options for reduced rates. She called me when there was a cancellation and got me in sooner. Kaitlin was great gentle but thorough and gave me excellent information as did dr rondeau. There is really a high level of respect for each other in the office.
Everyone in the office was very polite, friendly, and informative. Very Very thorough in their explanations. A very pleasant experience.
I have already referred several friends and family members. It's a wonderful office with a great staff and pain-free dentistry!
Since the theme in the waiting room is "movies" and your a family orientated Dentist office then instead of fish swimming back and forth I would recommened G rated movies or classics depending on "who" will be in the waiting room. By classics I mean musicals or comedys nothing that would be offensive to little children or their touchy parents. LOL
Excellent service and a very friendly staff!
I have always been happy with my experiences at Grand River Dental, however, I was not happy with my last visit. I did not feel the Dental Hygienist I had was very professional. My daughter told me after her appointment that the hygienist actually sneezed on her. I have referred in the past but would not at this time.
I've always had a positive experience at Grand River Dental. These people are great.
