RIP OFF apartment complex. DO NOT RENT HERE. Renter beware!!! After a YEAR of moving out and paying everything in full including my final bill I get a letter from a collection agency saying that I owe that amount. I looked in my bank statements and it showed that I had paid that a month after I moved out. I even received a letter FROM THE APARTMENT COMPLEX inviting me back to be a resident there again. I called the collection agency and they refuse to work with me. They say that the check evidence is not enough proof to show... read more

Horrible I had a long review typed and ready to post, but it was too long and I was unable to post. Basically what I can tell you in enough words to keep it short and sweet is that this is the worst complex I have ever lived in. I am in my twenties and unfortunately do not make the money to live the life of luxury that I would like to live. Needless to say, my standards are set pretty low when it comes to looking for affordable apartments. It is sad that this complex could not even meet the bare minimum of standards. I wish ... read more

Pavilion Crossing The apartments themselves are nice. The outside of my building constantly has beer and cigarette butts from people standing outside smoking and drinking. Office staff for the most part is courtesy except for one young angry Lady. Always mad or moody. Never smiles or kind when spoken too. Very rude in her derminer. The office never returns phone calls. If they do it's over 3 days later. Hold on to your packages from FedEx or Post office without contacting you. Had package come in Dec. Found out about it in F... read more

Eh This place is not what I thought it would be. I am trying so hard to get out of my lease. They are constantly setting off my fire alarm at all times of the day. The neighbors have tried to kill our animals and also threatened us. There is NEVER any parking in front of my building and people who DO NOT live here park front row. The fitness center was supposed to be closed for at most two months but it was closed for probably six. They towed our cars to repave the parking lot but did not tell us they were doing so nor told ... read more

Pavilion Crossing The apartment complex is general a good area and environment to live in. The only problem or concern that I may have are the visitor parking. But other then paying rent, the apartment complex means well. It would be nice to have a lower rate on rent each month but due to the area I don't see any changes with lowing the price each month.

Pavilion Crossings Maintained ability to get to know residents even after making major changes to the complex, being purchased by another company, restarting, and making major renovations to the property. One thing I will suggest is for them to become available to those who cannot always physically make it to their leasing office via phone, which is the biggest problem I had.

Spacious This complex is perfect for what we were looking for! The rent is the cheapest in the area and by far the largest! I have about 850 sq. ft and I have one bedroom. The community is quiet and they have a playground for dogs! It is in the university area and right across the street from a movie theater and concert venue. My family and I walk to the theater every weekend and we even walked to a concert last week and avoided concert traffic! The neighborhood is perfect for anyone! I got free cable, internet, and a securi... read more
