Maintenance is slow. I told the office over a week ago about a wasp nest by my garage door. If I open it they swarm. it is still there. should I be upset?
I feel safe here and the place looks nice with the grounds maintained fairly well. The problem is, the community is over priced. It's been a year now and the same gym equipment is broken since day 1, with more equipment having been broken in the mean time. Parking is terrible. 30 apartments. 24 parking spots. In addition, multiple cars have expired tags or flat tires. Including the maintenance man's own car. Maintenance issues aren't fixed satisfactorily or at all. I love living here!!! The people at the leasing office and the maintenance crew are friendly and very professional. My apartment is spacious and reasonably priced. 5 stars all the way!!!
Had a friend's front door kicked in and her home burglarized moments before she arrived with her infant son. Disappointing. Not safe. Worst of all, she was not supported or reassured by the management team. Why live where you don't feel safe?! Why live where your safety and well-being are no ones priority or responsibility?! I suggest you seek a place where the people running it care.
If you give this company a bad review about your home being broke into and the management not seeming to care or feel anything needs to be done to improve the security and safety. They will simply report you to Facebook and remove your post WTH
A community's responsibility is to make their renters feel safe, this community has failed that. Multiple break ins and management that tries to undermine the intelligence of the very people it provides a "home" to. Let's be real, this place has issues, criminal ones, that need fixing. A lease expires, this bad reputation won't, remember that.
