This place is fantastic to me and my family we love the team in the office are very friendly and respectful and are always available to help especially Ellie and the maintenance as leonel and steve are very responsible in their work and very good and respectful are the best maintenance Which I have never had, Many thanks to all of the team at the grand reserve at maitland park.
RecommendedI came back to live here I love it. I have been here 2 years now. After doing my Homework and researching. Nice quiet place and still have reasonable rent prices and there apartments are very spacious love it here. The office have amazing people. See Ellie at the leasing office she is friendly amazing and she will make you feel at home. Happy resident.
The apartments are great. If I need something fixed it gets done. The staff is fantastic..
