This place is the worst! I have lived here now for 8 months, and am counting the days until I leave. Superficially, this place looks great. But their management is awful. Here's a few of my experiences: 1) I've had to make a maintenance requests a few times for our apartment which is the older model with the older included appliances. Our fridge keeps icing up. We have been here for over 5 years and everyone has been absolutely wonderful. Ellie, Porche, and Hector are so helpful and really great. A HUGE thank you to Donovan! He listens to your needs and resolves any issue you may have in the blink of an eye. The grounds are beautifully kept, the staff is fantastic, and you can't beat the amenities. The Grand Reserve is definitely a place my family is happy to call home.

This place is bullshit! They started working on the pool!!! They say it will be done in April! But not true! Because the workers that use to come to fix this "pool" stopped coming. There not even working on it anymore! The management team here sucks as well . The rent is Way too pricey for all the BS and The apartment is not all that maintenance sucks they take forever to fix a simple thing. Beautiful place, residence should really pick up after their dogs, there are kids playing in the grass areas.
