Dr Vasiu performed surgery on my left shoulder in 2006, my right shoulder in 2008 and took care of my left leg in 2009 when I broke it in 3 places. I am very pleased with the great service I have received from him and his staff, and I will always go back to him for all future orthopedic issues. I highly recommend Dr Vasiu! My friend Brenda Neuman had a labral tear in her shoulder. Dr Vasiu is very thorough, he explains things in depth. The office staff is compassionate, sympathic, extremely nice and understanding. Highly recommended.
My primary care doc referred me to Dr. Vasiu for my torn meniscus. The staff and doctor were very friendly and helpful in explaining what was wrong with my knee and how best to fix it. I had surgery last week and everything went very well. My knee feels great - no more pain or limping!

Our experience w/Dr.Vasiu has been amazing. The time & effort, the friendliness of all staff has been great. My son 16 had meniscus surgery then ACL surgery. Dr Vasiu did an amazing job on his knee and we hope to see the difference this spring during Grand Rapids Crew soccer league games. Other people I know had similar surgeries about the same time and are still recovering when my son is going strong. Thanks so much for everything Dr. Vasiu to you and your staff!! Will and have recommended you to others.
I can't say enough about the personable atmosphere at Dr. Vasiu's office. You'll never feel "in the dark" during your time there, or during a procedure. He and his staff make sure you understand everything happening and include you at all times in the decision-making process. I would recommend Dr. Vasiu to anyone.
My husband and I have always had a wonderful experience with Dr. Vasiu. He is personable, and explains every procedure in a way that is easy to understand. He is an excellent surgeon and we have had positive experiences whether the procedure was a minor or major surgery. He and his staff are kind and attentive. I would highly recommend his services to my friends and family.
