2 weeks after surgery for a partial knee replacement I can walk pain free. I can drive no longer and no need physical therapy. Wonderful doctor and staff very kind patient and helpful. They are so organized the surgery went off without any problems. Every thing I needed after surgery was set up before hand visiting nurses and physical therapy. I am so pleased with this doctor and staff. I highly recommend them.
Dr Vasiu and the staff take time with the patients! Everything is EXPLAINED in terms that "I" can understand.
Professional and courteous staff from reception, pre consult and review with Dr. Vasiu, as well as the entire surgery staff. I am post op 2 weeks and doing well...looking forward to feeling better than I have in awhile. I would highly recommend Dr. Vasiu. Thank you Grand Rapids Orthopedics!!
Staff is very nice and helpful. LOVE SUZANNE THE NURSE!!! But that is where the love ends. I have had numerous issues since surgery. After surgery I was told I could do anything. Ski, play basketball NO RESTRICTIONS. I did nothing but maintained my PT exercises after completion of physical therapy. Continued to have pain went back to the doctor. He told me not to squat, not to ride a bike, not to walk up stairs . . . not an option for someone who works 55 hours a week. Right now by then end of the day I am limping so badly t... read more

My experience was phenomenal! From my first appointment, through surgery follow up (and I never imagined I would need surgery), Dr. Vasiu and his entire staff were amazing! I felt completely confident in the care I was receiving and would recommend this practice without hesitation! And Suzanne is incredible - she made me feel entirely at ease from the moment she walked in (to the moment she removed my stitches;).
