The back office staff is always so kind and professional. Dr. Meleca is efficient and knowledgeable with his approach. The only downside is that they don't have a power door. I'm on crutches and had to fight to get in and out of the building. I'm sure people with other disabilities would feel the same.
Excellent fast professional service! Friendly, explains everthing clearly.
Waited in a room for over a half an hr just to be seen..missed another appointment because of this! No one informed me of anything, after the long wait I asked and then they checked into it. First visit and not a very good impression!
My son sees Dr. Artz and he is amazing. I have never had a doctor answer my questions with such patience and he was extremely personable yet professional.
After a nightmare experience with an ENT in Muskegon, I was referred to Dr Pfennig. I was hesitant, because I have been through alot. But from the moment I met Dr Pfennig, I was impressed. He put me at ease, explained everything very clearly. He answered my,ridiculous amount of questions, and we came up with a course of action. I am so grateful he is my doctor!
Dr Meleca and Staff have been wonderful. Professional and willing to try anything to help me. Including getting my surgery scheduled quickly.
Dr.Joe Taylor is a great guy, funny and to the point. He did my throat boisopy.. That found my cancer where they set me up with West Michigan cancer center which handled everything else
I saw Dr Joseph Taylor he's a very nice guy has well as his staff he explains everything very well.
Sitting and waiting over an hour for an appt is totally ridiculas. Waiting room I waited 45 mins and now been in room waiting over half hr. I would not suggest this place to anyone.
