I recommend Dr. Artz, he was very professional and respectful. I felt like he was really listening to my concerns. Am hopeful he can figure out why I have sever dizziness.
Dr. Taylor has been great with my daughters but the wait time is HORRIBLE!! I learned the hard way (having 4 kids with me and waiting over an hour) and started asking for first appt in the day or first after lunch and even then, we’ve waited 45+ minutes past the scheduled time before seeing ANYBODY
great staff and very knowledgeable.
I recommend dr Cox his my doctor he is very good and dr Artz his my son doctor they are so professional and nice at same time and I just had sinuses surgery today in Spectrum hospital everyone was extremely nice professional they show that they care I have other health issues and they are extremely careful to make me comfortable nurses doctors all them very professional and nice
They are very kind when we are there. But in all seriousness they need to get the wait time down. I don’t know what takes so long or is he is double booking appointments but he was with us for about 15 minutes and we waited over a hour and a half! I was there with 3 kids and they were going crazy. It’s like this every time we go. Needs to change. Sadly I have to go back again but if any more of my kids need help I’ll go somewhere else. But Dr Taylor is very kind but I can’t go there and wait that long every time
I highly recommend Dr. Meleca for sinus and ear surgery. Post surgery all my chronic symptoms were gone!! He is highly skilled in his expertise. Office staff are professional and kind as well. Jo Ann Van Hoven
I went to see Dr.Pfening, and I think he is the best ENT, he took care of my sinus issue and explained how he fixed it and what to expect, the follow up's are great. The staff is kind and considerate, and take the time to talk to you.
Waited nearly two hours for the doctor. I wouldn’t normally wait that long but my daughter has been complaining about her ears and after our appointments being rescheduled and pushed months out I was ready to figure out her issues. The doctor looked at her ears and simply recommended “shoving a cotton ball in there, there’s no infection.” He was in our room less than 2 minutes total, probably because it was almost closing time and we were not his last patient (we had plenty of time to establish this during our long wait.) Busy office that’s treats the whole family. My daughters chronic ear infections were resolved with tubes. My sinus problems have been minimal after finding out my allergies and starting injections.
