I would recommend Dr. Pfennig but I would not recommend this office - it’s unfortunate that in order to work with him you have to deal with the office. My issue is with the after hours on call doctors. I was having severe pain after surgery and had to call the after hours service 3 times- waiting at least 20 minutes in between calls- to finally be connected with the on all doctor. RecommendedMy primary doctor recommended them when I first started having hearing issues. Very courteous staff and I see Dr. Pfennig. He is also courteous and kind and thorough. Good place to go to for hearing concerns
I see Dr. Artz and I have been dealing with severe pain from my tubes that he put in and when I first brought it up to them they had me come in for an appointment immediately that day and they said they would remove them. Dr. Artz came in talked about how behind he was and did an exam told me nothing looks wrong and blame my ear pain on allergies, smoke(I quit) and then has to be allergies. Dr. Cox was wonderful. He was confident and informative about my procedure. I would highly recommend him as a surgeon.
I had nose surgery with Dr. Pfennig 7 years ago. It turned out GREAT! I just had EAR surgery with Dr. Artz a week ago. I have NOT had hearing out of my left ear for 29.5 years. I can now hear very well. Surgery and treatment by Dr. Artz and his team was incredible. I have already recommended a friend to Dr. Artz.
