RecommendedFresh out of surgery and all I can think about is how fantastic Dr. Pfennig and his team were this morning. From the pre-opp communication the to the wheel chair ride out of St Mary’s I was made extremely comfortable and felt of utmost importance. Even though I was getting a simple out patient procedure. They left me sitting in waiting room until I finally asked when I would be seen. Total wait time was 1 hr and 7min at which time I got up and left. Total waste of my time.
My family has all had great experiences with Dr. Pfennig and the GR ENT group. Thankful for the professional, diligent and compassionate care of him and his staff!
My husband had an appointment here and saw the Doctor for five minutes at most. He shined a light in his nose and said he was fine. They billed our insurance and also charged us $439.13. This is outrageous for what they did. Please don't go here unless you are wealthy and can afford to waste money.
