Very disappointed in the way I am treated on the phone by office staff. While I enjoy meeting with the doctor and those caring for my child, I am consistently treated poorly by the office staff. I feel scolded every time I call. I find it unacceptable to have my pharmacy request permission for a refill, which is then followed by a call to me to find out why, after discussing the issue the office agrees to fill the prescription but with a "note in my file" as if I am a criminal for trying to care for my child and then the ref... read more
Thank God I got my son's doctor to send him to a specialist. Dr. Schaffer is wonderful. Thank you nurse for getting my son through his asthma attack yesterday.
