Grand Rapids Allergy IS THE BEST! I messaged them on my patient portal last night asking if they could get me in to see my doctor for my terrible cold. They git back to me saying my doctor wasn't going to be in but to call the office and they could get me in to see the Nurse Practitioner the same day that I called. THEY ARE THE BEST ALL THE TIME BUT when they are more than HAPPY TO get you in when your primary care doesn't have an opening makes me LOVE GRAND RAPIDS ALLERGY EVEN MORE! ❤
Dr. Gell tested my daughter for allergies when she was in grade school, and made what could have been a frightening experience fun for her. I started allergy treatment years ago with Dr. Gell's father, and am impressed by the advanced technology of the office and the consistently friendly, professional people there.
We had our first experience with injections yesterday. It was fine. We felt like we were treated fine. I would just say that as a NEW patient and parent of the patient, please be sure to help and explain things, because we are clueless. I know most of the people there are pros, so don't forget about us newbies.

GRAND RAPIDS ALLERGY IS THE BEST! I have been going there on and off since I was 7. THEY ARE WONDERFUL WITH KIDS! THEY ARE SO GENTLE! If I ever need a hand holder there is ALWAYS someone willing to do so (Leslie Berigan). I CAN'T say enough GOOD THINGS about GRAND RAPIDS ALLERGY! ❤
The staff here is exceptional. Everyone I have interacted with has been very kind and explained the methods and procedures fully. I would absolutely recommend to anyone.
