The dealership did a wonderful job putting my deal together. I want to thank Jackie Mercer for all his patience and help with picking out and buying my new car. If it wasn’t for his help, I would still be just thinking about buying a new car. I will do business with Grand Prairie Ford in the near future. Thank you!
Everyone at Grand Prairie Ford was so positive and professional. I actually don’t really like car shopping, as it’s usually very stressful for me. The staff at Grand Prairie Ford made it quick and easy, and as low-stress as possible. I will be coming back here when it’s time to get my truck!
One of the best car buying experiences I have had in a long time! Very friendly sales and finance people. Not overbearing like at most dealerships. The delivery person was very good in going over the truck and teaching me how to use the equipment on it. A great experience!
Yesterday I drove 3 hours (one way) to look at a vehicle at Grand Prarie Ford. I had spoke with the internet salesman the evening before and told him that I would be in the next morning. Upon arrival I found out that they had sent the vehicle I was interested in to auction. They then told me about another vehicle on the lot which a salseman came clean to me about (said it had Transmission problems). When buying a new 1999 Ford Explorer, the temp gauge had to be replaced 3 times. The motor ran hot and had to be rebuilt on the top end. Ford declined to pay for any repairs. Last Ford that I will ever own. Sorry product and service.
I bought a used truck from them. It had been wrecked, but they did not disclose this information. They claimed that there was no CARFAX report stating this, but when I went to trade the truck in a few months later (because I needed something bigger), the dealership I took it to showed me where the front end had been welded back together, and they showed me CARFAX and police reports of when the damage occurred. So either Grand Prairie Ford does not know how to evaluate a used car, or they were misrepresenting the vehicle.
The salesman quoted us a price over the phone on the vehicle we were interested in and assured us that vehicle was on their lot. Once there we were passed on to another salesman who gave us the run around for well over an hour before we discovered the vehicle we were wanting wasn't even available.
