I filled out an online ap at Grand Prairie Ford and they immediately emailed to let me know that I was approved. They told me I was approved with no money down and that I could pick out any car I wanted, price did not matter. My husband purchased a F250 from this dealer less then two months ago (not a cheap vehicle). Just days after taking it home we noticed a leak. We called the dealer and we were told that it was overflow and that this was normal. As a precaution, we were told to keep an eye on it and if it worsened to bring it in after we received our warranty information in the mail. The leak did get worse, we waited for the warranty information and brought the truck in. The leak turned out to be a radiator leak..not overflow and not covered ... read more

A NIGHTMARE!!! After an uninsured motorist totaled my mother's car, she bought a used car from them. She explained to them that since my father had cancer and was dealing with the aftermath of strokes, he was unable to work and she was yet to find a job. She was in need of a reliable car that would not need immediate work. She was assured that the car had been through a 110 point inspection. I have not had a lot of car experience with car dealers, however this was different from what I have seen in the past, I did not intend to buy a car for a month or so, and ended up driving away in the Mustang I have wanted most of my life.
