Dean Hudkins has been the service advisor that was helped me the last two times that I have brought my car in, back in December 2010 for my state inspection, he was so kind as to help me by putting a dome light bulb and yesterday again he helped by putting my registration sticker on for me because of my arthritis in my hand was bothering me. I have always gone to Grand Prairie Ford for all my automotive needs and I have never been disappointed!! I have also purchased 2 Mustangs from GP Ford and have had auto body repair done there as well. The employees are always nice and courteous and very informative. Great job GP Ford!!
I dont even know where to begin. Auto Trader online had a deal in which they gave me a quote for the trade-in on my Jeep. It was a great offer so I decided to try GP Ford. I asked originally to only be contacted by email and that I would contact them via phone once I found a vehicle I wanted to make a deal on. I am busy all day with school and work and didnt have time to talk to a salesman. I have sold used cars myself and knew how it all went. Saturday morning came, and I had been called twice before 9am.
