Really heartbroken and disappointed. They assured me that my 4 year old could be treated. Paid my deposit for dental surgery, submitted all paperwork, eagerly anticipated the date. They confirmed at 9:30am surgery would happen the next day at 7am. Then at 2pm they said they couldn't help us and cancelled.This was after a 2 hour round trip for my daughter to get a Covid screening pre surgery as a requirement. So our nightmare continues... I am back to square one and pray my daughter gets treatment elsewhere ASAP.

Now, due to HIPAA laws, I am not able to elaborate on the details of this situation. I agree with you, its wrong to cancel an appointment, but I hope you understand, we didn't cancel your appointment. I hope you are able to find a way to take care of your little ones. My daughter is incredibly shy and was very nervous, so I was a bit worried at how she would do. Everyone is friendly, the entire office is inviting, and aesthetically pleasing. They were all very understanding and fantastic with her. My daughter especially loved the TV on the ceiling. I asked her if she was scared to go back, and she said, “No! Not at all!” I am one happy mom!

We love the atmosphere and the ease of service. you walk in and they have a movie cove to wait in - then you lay on surf boards for your cleaning while watching a show to distract from the sounds. My boys love to come here- Dr Khan has always been so patient & kind - they are not afraid to sing songs and get down to their level and be a kid. Highly recommend!
