There are power or water outages at least once a week. My air conditioner has been broken for over a year and they won't even show to fix it when asked. Horrible place to live. Will not be renewing my lease.

I lived at Grand Oak Apartments from October 2003 to February 2004 and truly enjoyed my stay there. The staff and my neighbors were so friendly. It's a very quiet location too.
