RecommendedI’ve lived here for 4 years and it’s been a wonderful experience. The staff is amazing, friendly and helpful.
On the website it says stainless steel appliances while my unit still has appliances from the 90’s. I like living here with my little family but this place needs some serious renovations. Starting by actually putting central air that is modern. Then the appliances been living here almost 3 years and barely any improvements smh 🤦♀️
The change in management has clearly been challenging. Definitely miss tony. Shannon won’t be here for long- she is unorganized and clearly isn’t interested in connecting with our small community. Poor Annalise is overwhelmed and is the face of the complex so she tries to do whatever she can. - definitely not pleased.
Anylis was so helpful and amazingly nice! I feel very confident in my choice to move here!

It's quiet, close to the Crosstown and I75, the office staff is friendly and accommodating, and I've never had a maintenance issue that wasn't addressed. It's within walking distance of Target they just recently updated the apartments with stainless appliances, granite look countertops and new paint schemes.
