She didn’t do a full manicure and she cut me multiple times. When I came out of the salon my nails looked messy and rushed. I’m not happy with this place!
Worst service ever! I walked in and clearly asked for a Soak-Off and a new set. The man proceded to guide me to the first seat and had me sit. A lady walks up, greets me and proceeds to POPOFF the acrylic nails I had on. After she noticed my discomfort, she proceeded to ask again if I wanted the POPOFF method or SOAK OFF. I then reiterated that I had REQUESTED for a soak off and a new set Of Nails. The lady then continued popping my nails off and HURT my finger nails. I then had enough and walked out.
My husband and I got the Organic pedicure and it was for sure 10/10! Mara did mine and Tina did his, they both took their time so the pedicure was so relaxing. My French toes came out perfect and Mara was super sweet and gentle. Husband got a manicure and he said it was 10/10 as well! We’ll be back soon!
Ughhh left not happy at all. Not the color i asked for and she told me i couldn’t get French tip because of my chipped toe. Look at the paint the threw on my toes. Nice lady but dislike this so much. Would’ve stayed and fixed it but have to work. Will not be coming back.
First and last time visiting this nail salon. My friend and I both got gel manicures that looked like they were painted by a 10 year old. Then when it was time to check out they tried charging me for the most expensive spa option. Do not recommend. I shouldn’t have tipped 🤦🏽♀️.
