We came during the off season, weekend of Thanksgiving. The pools were a nice intro to the other large water park we went to. I like the fact that it is low key. The other large parks are so large it's easy to get lost and pools are so crowded but not here. The beds are firm and clean. The staff are friendly enough but the buy one get one coupon didn't work. The rooms are very out dated. The " water park " is more of a glorified splash pad that kids get to run around in unattend. The bed are very stiff. There is free coffee but my mother in law and I thought it was not so great. Our bathroom floor was filthy. Nothing about it felt comfy or cozy and enjoyable, all 3 of us said we will not be staying again.
It was a nice hotel. It is outdated but it was close and convenient for our stay in the dells. Price was reasonable.

Was great nut did not have the breakfast. That was a disappointment. It was a nice place.
The staff was wonderful. The lobby and hotel room itself need some updates to match current hotels in the surrounding area. The room had a number of issues one being the main light switch walking into the room was not functional. The second issue was the beds in the room were very firm. The third issue was that there was rust forming on the lower part of the metal door frame inside the bathroom. This hotel is just outdated and tired. It could use a remodel inside and out to make the hotel more inviting.
