we have been customers for almost 20 yrs. we called on 3/16/20 to cancel due to the pandemic. very upsetting that they wouldn't waive the $20 cancellation fee. we only cancelled due to the CDC recommendations and the state governor ban on gatherings of 50+ more people. we never would've cancelled had it not been for this pandemic. woman on the phone was very rude about the whole situation.
Clean hotel, friendly staff, great location and my kids LOVED the indoor pools. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely book here again!
our family loves this place, the slides and small water park are nice for the kids to enjoy by themselves and its never overcrowded with people in the water.
Great value in price and friendly service there’s a kiddie pool (the water was nice and warm) and a big pool for teenagers and adults. The only so/so thing I noticed was the arcade area needs updating.
