What a horrible customer service for a hotel.. we lost a bag of clothes .. they said they have no clues and have no ideas and didn’t take the responsibility for it.. what the hell.. it’s just the bag of clothes.. think about your other things.. they just pushing around and not even sorry...
The front desk staff were super friendly and helpful. They may not have coffee in the rooms but they do have a decent self service coffee bar on the first floor. The room was clean and orderly. The building is a bit dated but for the price, cleanliness, and 3 pool areas, its a great place for traveling with kids and getting free Noah’s Ark tickets for our family! Great place for kids. 3 Pools so there's something for everyone. The toddler's area is perfect. And u can't beat the price!

I took 3 of my grandkids,ages 12 to 4, for an overnight getaway. Everyone had so much fun. Rooms and pools were very clean. I'd definitely return.
Great price. Quick check in. Friendly staff. Clean room. Clean pools and hot tubs. Pool areas are set up great for parents to monitor their children and relax at the same time. This hotel is best for people with kids 5 and under in my opinion. The reasons that I gave it a 4 instead of 5 are 1) the indoor kids area had a really rough floor and our daughter cut herself several times deep enough to bleed for a while. 2) Would be great to have a continental breakfast or a little cafe like other hotels in the area.
