Stayed here for a few nights for my birthday in the new Art House and couldn’t be more pleased with the amenities at this McMenamins and excellent restaurant service. The soaking tub is wonderful, the different places (bars and pubs) to visit and theater to enjoy are great to have. Walking distance to downtowns shops with plenty to do while you stay.
I have eaten many times inside the lodge. I have a service dog and the staff are so accommodating, every time. She stays under the table and no one knows she’s there. They frequently offer water. I am not flush with money and McM’s is pricey for me, but the food has always been good, the environment and beautiful surroundings are relaxing and the wait staff has always been exceptional. Love this place! You can get a beer and a burger just about anywhere, but nothing compares to the art and cultural adventure of McMenamins!
