RecommendedWent to celebrare wife's birthday. excellent room and they even gave my wife a card and little gift, thanks. we purchased the package with breakfast included but when we get home and check the bank you all had charges us 50 for the breakfast took about three calls to the hotel and three different managers but finally got a refund back to my cc. Overall what a great experience (phone calls to hotel aside)will def stay again..maybe not buy the breakfast package this time.....
Extremely disappointed that I cannot get a blocked room rate for a convention at the hotel. Hyatt has a monopoly and is lying when stating they give you a best rate guarantee. I called and got three different rates each were consecutively higher, and when mentioning the lower online rate they would not accept that rate as stated on their company policy. They have no regard to great customer service or experienced.

Ver nice hotel! Clayton assisted with our luggage and was very courteous and helpful. Major concerns with our bill and we have called 3 times and it's still not corrected.
Beautiful hotel to spend a few days to enjoy the 16th st Mall during the Holidays! The lobby and bar area was great with live music! The large Christmas tree was gorgeous for a photo opportunity! The hotel room bathroom and shower was spacious! The room cleanliness was superb! Enjoyed everything about our stay!
Elegant hotel with a comfortable and cozy feel. Great service from all the staff. The automatic lights in the rooms were a nice touch.
Nicely designed room , I was lucky to get 18th floor , views were nice . The bathroom was nice too . Loved the body lotion by Balmain Paris
