The rooms are small but quite nice. Beds very comfy and sheets and towels are nice. Long NYC weekend with my daughter. Django Jazz in basement is hidden gem. Wonderful Saturday evening from 9:30 to 12. Front desk staff quite nice. Breakfast today: ordered Black Forest Ham Omelette today and received "wilted" greens instead of herbed potatoes. A perfect example of how hospitality service should be! The staff and especially Concierge Ruddy could not be more helpful and gave my family and me the utmost service. The room was stylish, clean, well equipped and comfortable, breakfast was delicious and reasonably priced. We were very pleased with our stay, and although short and sweet this time, I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Excelente en todos los aspectos. Ubicacion inmejorable, trato super cordial de todos los empleados. Limpieza perfecta. No le falta nada. Ademas, el plus q le agregan la musica en vivo por las noches. Bravo por The Roxy Hotel.
It's retro chic! The hotel bars and restaurants are great. Staff is friendly and service oriented. Great location for shops and restaurants in SOHO and TriBeCa.

Great hotel- Arrived in the pouring rain and made our way through in to the lobby greeted by Roody who couldn't apologise more for not helping us in. He was helping someone else at the time. Reception staff were great. Roost took us to our room. Really great guy gave us loads of tips and showed us around the room- he should be a comedian!! Rooms are a little small but we'll set out and super cool just like they say on the web site.
