The rooms are small but quite nice. Beds very comfy and sheets and towels are nice. Long NYC weekend with my daughter. Django Jazz in basement is hidden gem. Wonderful Saturday evening from 9:30 to 12. Front desk staff quite nice. Breakfast today: ordered Black Forest Ham Omelette today and received "wilted" greens instead of herbed potatoes. The Roxy has a rich feel to it. The food is amazing. The entertainment is amazing. It has an opulent feel with out being a stuffy place. Instead it is a extremely relaxing escape for a while. Rooms are big and clean and really nicely equipped with a fully Stocked fridge! Dressers are loaded with goodies. From the staff to the Brunch. Awesome.

Omar is the nicest person on the planet!! We traveled to NYC for an event. He was so nice at then front desk, despite a person being abusive, he handled it like a prop. Then he went above and beyond and sent a basket up to the room. Honestly the best people in hospitality
