Location is the best, near to Southern Cross Starion, Flinders and Elizabeth streets where you can find the shopping centres and coffee shops. Lovely staff and cool amenities, will definitely come back.
This 1890's era hotel built originally for Victorian Railways really is grand with matching olden days customer service incl welcome chocolates. I was greeted and checked in by the owner himself Denis. I booked their smallest studio but because I paid early and booked directly I got a better price and they upgraded me to a much bigger room. Kitchenette enabled me to self cater and save money during this work trip. Coles Spencer St is about 700m walk away.
Hubby and I stayed a few months ago and had zero complaints. The staff were friendly and helpful and the Hotel is located very close to Southern Cross Station and also tram stops. We had a shorter stay this time and found the staff to be very helpful. Thank you
