Hopefully you call the little girls family back and apologize for the inconvenience you caused them. After that you need to teach yourself and the staff how to handle mistakes. Not laughing while making a professional phone call would be a start especially when they are denying access to his child’s medical records. Shit show of a place
These people are unprofessional.
Horrible what you do to a small child. I know the aftermath from my child being at a bad dentist and it's heartbreaking watching her shake as they go into any dentist or doctor office after her experience. This place has done the same to my friends child and now she may not ever trust a dentist again. Shame on you and hope you're happy I wouldn't ever recommend you to anyone especially children. ��
I have been to this office once, and after a recent experience a friend has shared, I’m so glad that I haven’t been back. This office staff is unprofessional and inappropriate. They were to start a procedure on a CHILD, medicated the child (shot & laughing gas), waited 45 minutes after medicating to switch billing with the patient, and then deny treatment stating they were out of time.
