RecommendedIt was my first time visiting this dentist and the whole staff was wonderful! Right away they offered a tour and made me feel comfortable. The women who worked on my teeth was extremely friendly and I will definitely be going back.
5* my family has been here for years. Started all 4 kids with dentistry there since they are patient and understanding. My youngest does terrible with sensory things and has had fits about the tingling. Doesn’t even feel her shots!! They made several attempts to fix his teeth gently without traumatizing him even if it meant rescheduling treatment to not push him too far. I wish I could leave zero stars. What a joke this office is! My 6 YEAR OLD neice came in for dental work, was given a numbing shot and put on laughing gas and was KICKED OUT of this office because "they didn't have time to do her procedure." The office then violated HIPPA rights by refusing to release her medical records to her parents and took advantage of their "power" by putting the whole family on a flagged list which will not allow any of them to be seen by a dentist. Unprofessional and disrespectful, drugged a child and then denied and kicked out a 6 year old after administering medication to do prceedure. Shop elsewhere
I'm leaving this terrible review on behalf of my six year old niece. Please do not take your children here. Follow the link to listen to the voicemail that was left by two staff members. They thought they hung up but were very wrong. (This was following an issue where my six year old niece was given nitrous oxide and numbing shots, then was denied service because they "ran out of time". I would recommend this place to everyone! They have a very professional knowledgeable staff. They took the time to make sure that all of my needs were met and all greeted me with a smile. Madison made sure that my experience was very pleasant and that I understood all of the prodecures that she was going to perform. Thank you to all of the staff at GHDC for making me feel welcomed and comfortable there! I will absolutely be coming back!
Dr. Woods team at Grand Haven Dental are very caring and professional. I would recommend anyone looking for top quality dental care go here! I felt very comfortable from the moment I walked through the door and was impressed with the cleanliness of the facility as well as each of the staff members.
