Stunk! No parking! Shuttle buses were non existent because they were stuck in non moving traffic! Poor planning! Will not return!
The Grand Geneva is great in general. (Yesterday's craft show was not. Too many people. Not enough shuttles. Parking Too far from event. No crowd control in the event room. Not enough crafts. Mostly advertising. Again ... too crowded. Aisles should have been made ONE WAY. No strollers should be allowed with that many people.) Otherwise the Grand Geneva is exceptional. Good food. Great service. Lady out in front cared enough to get us a van. Love the holiday brunches. Gift store great. Will be back for horse riding and brunch... read more
For the most part great..due to a knee injury and impending surgery I needed a wheelchair ...but not one with nowhere to put your feet!!! What hotel does that??? I had to try and hold my leg up everywhere we went Thank God I was able to but c'mon seriously get foot pegs for God's sake
Second year in a row we gave this place a chance and it was HORRIBLE. Horrible smell in room. Can not control the temperature in your own room with the “fake” thermostat in the room. Hotel is very outdated. Restaurant food is disgusting. $21 for a buffet that has food that’s less quality than Golden Corral. I believe my words have run dry about the awful experience the craft/vendor fair was.
Such a wonderful experience!! My fiancé and I will definitely have our wedding there!!!
Mostly vendors. Maybe 5 crafters. Isles were packed and couldn't get through. Mile walk from parking.
