My husband and I had a relaxing and fun “minimoon” at this upscale but rugged Wisconsin resort. The property felt like a fancy lake wilderness lodge, and it was great place to refresh and re-energize after an exciting wedding weekend. The staff was responsive and kind, and we especially loved how much there was to do at the hotel. our room was not ready at 6 pm!? So eventually got a new room and the tub was disgusting and wouldn't drain. When they fixed it they left hair and pubes in the bathroom!?!!!! Staff was awesome and the restaurants but will not return!!
Completely disappointed in service, my wife and I are here on our anniversary trip. And so far we are spending it in the lobby because they don't have a room available. Check in is at 4:00 and it is going on 6:30. Try to reserve dinner reservations and the restaurant is booked. People I'm paying $325 for one night and this is the service I get

Beautiful place! Loved the mirror tv in the bathroom! Food was fantastic at the buffet and the mountain top chalet was absolutely perfect.
