The hotel room was great, clean and comfortable. Dinner at the Chop house was not good. Everything came out extremely cold. From the appetizer to the main course, all cold. The waiter Gabe, seem to know the menu well and apologized on behalf of the kitchen. The manager visited us and accommodated us by offering us desserts and picking up our drinks. Staff is great! Super accommodating ! When you check in they send you a text. You can communicate with them that way. We needed more towels and they were delivered within minutes!
I was there last night for my anniversary! Had an absolute blast! I’ve stayed there 5 times prior and have always enjoyed myself! Staff is amazing and now they text! I texted for a wine opener and someone “Sadie” (she’s awesome) sent a wine opener- texted about food... responded immediately with options! Hands down great place to visit!
Service at brunch was below par. Very unhappy with waitstaff
We were there for the Craft Fair. Not there for the resort. We did lunch in the cafe. The food was delicious.
