We have visited the Grand Concourse on many occasions throughout the years and chose to celebrate with a lovely New Year's Eve dinner here with friends. The service was very very slow even for a busy holiday. Our server clearly had no desire to be working and often bordered on rude. We almost had to beg for refills on our beverages - wine and spirits that would certainly help the restaurant make profits. If like to start by saying that the restaurant is absolutely beautiful and that much of the staff is very kind and professional. My husband and I visited the Station Square restaurant last night for New Year's Eve dinner. He ordered the surf and turf and I ordered the prime rib. While my prime rib was incredibly tender and cooked to my taste, his order wasn't as great. Both his filet and his lobster we're over cooked. We went their tonight to celebrate New Year Eve and the best thing about the evening was the friends we were with. I just got done reading a lot of the reviews and I guess we should have read them before we went because many of the reviews were not favorable. From the time we got there this dinner went down hill waited forever for the appetizer and then they brought the salad and two minutes later brought the main course the main course was cold the service was bad I mean really bad. The venue was beautiful!!! The service was amazing!! However, my husband and I were VERY unhappy with our food (we ordered the crispy duck, which was very over cooked, and dry. The sweet potatoes were under cooked and crunchy). The parking was $35 dollars. Then when we went to get our car, the valet said there was a $7.00 charge.

This is the second year we had my husbands birthday brunch there. We went to Phipps flower show and capped it off with a beautiful Sunday brunch. Such a good selection. Food was great. Of course mine & my 11 year old grandson’s favorite is the donut machine. 😊

Beautiful atmosphere. Mediocre service and food. Drinks took forever to come out and food was only mildly warm. Mashed sweet potatoes were cold. Portion sizes small for the price.
