They were out of the cowboy ribeyes and had to substitute which was disappointing. They had also quit serving a drink we had ordered which was still on the drink menu, again disappointing.
We picked a non rush hour and received undivided attention including the best mojitos and shrimp entrees! Creme brûlée n homemade vanilla ice cream were big hits too! Impeccable view if you are seated by the water! Food, ambience and flamboyance, they have it all!
I would give it 3 stars but 3 = good and it was really fair. I’m cutting them slack because it was late (although we were not the last to be seated). The waitress was nice enough, but not polished —as you would expect in a place like this. It is really beautiful with the perfect location so it has tremendous potential. My cocktail was terrific, except that I asked them not to add powdered cinnamon. They couldn’t seem to get that right. When I saw the menu, I immediately decided on the duck. It just wasn't up to my expectations the view was beautiful the waitress was very nice and accommodating but the food could've been better and the table my drink fell over from the padding wasn't too happy about that

Grand Concourse is indeed a grand Cruise you have on American Cuisine. The former train station has been renovated and looks almost like a scene from the movie "The Great Gatsby". Menu is an excursion from breakfast to delicately crafted desserts. Staff is so helpful and their kids menu is fun too. Reservations is highly recommended and wait upon arrival is too expected. Have patience and think of what a grand array of food you would enjoy :) !
