Hello I am Alla Haller, had cruise canceled on July 1 2016 due to the back surgery of my travel companion (departure time July 15). Filed claim with Trip-mate same week. Trip was paid in full in June 2015. Getting promises from the Trip-mate agents Please help to recover my $4,500.00. Getting very upset, will be hiring attorney and file in the court. Do tot travel with this company!!! They do not stand what they promised!
Very unprofessional, don't do it. horrible. You will never get off their email list, ever!
