This company ruined my mother’s Christmas vacation. They are arbitrary uninformed and disloyal to long time customers. Don’t travel w this company!
Lack of single spaces because, per GCT, they want to make sure that the maximum number of spaces are available (meaning $$$) for all...years ago I had no issues with finding single spaces...now sparce pickings..moving on to more solo traveler friendly company.

Every trip is a life learning experience. Grand Circle Travel and OAT, are great company to travel with. I had travel with them 9 times and at the end of this month, it's going to be my 10 trips. I love traveling with them. They are the best.
We just returned from the Danube River trip with an extension to Krakow and Warsaw Poland with our outstanding Program Director Joanna. The entire trip was 5 stars plus!
Last week in Chitre, Panama your bus driver made a left hand turn in front of me across two lanes of traffic. The car beside me and me had to slam on our brakes to avoid a crash. We were on a highway and had the right of way. The bus driver and guide did not want to talk about it. I called the main office in Boston and the person answering the phone would not investigate it or make a note of it. I would encourage everyone to book tours through a company who would not put your life at risk.
If you are looking for an excellent tour company, Grand Circle is for you. Mike and I did an 18 day National Parks Tour and by far one of the best vacations we have ever taken. If you are interested, we can get you $100 off of your trip just by telling them we recommended it. You won't be disappointed.
We did the Great Rivers of Europe with these folks a couple years ago and loved every minute. Everything was top notch, except the weather, which was not their fault of course. We chose to go end of March which was still winter of course. Next time we will pay a little more and go when the weather is better. But the guides took great care of us and made us feel warm even if the weather was not warm. We will go again. Next time maybe Paris to Normandy.
