My mother just got back from this cruise. They tried to charge her double for her washing and then charged her double for the earrings and postcard/stamps she bought. She had a receipt and you still insisted she didn’t pay. One of your workers stole 70 euros from my mom and to say I would never recommend you again would be an understatement. I will no longer recommend or bring my private groups on this Circle Line Cruise when we do a theatre tour! Not a mention of the east river amphitheatre where Joe Papp held his first Summer Shakespeare Festival - now Shakespeare in the Park. I think it is important to the theatre communities as Papp’s dream has become to tourists.

The worst Hotel director ever Dragan Vuckovic Rhapsody. It's old like the ships enterior. Old style phrases repeating for years. It's time for a real change you big beards in Boston think about refreshing your staff. Hellboy you have competition around are you aware? GCCL disappointed deeply and I will spread the word!!!
We have taken 5 cruises with GCCL and loved each and every one. We just returned last night from a trip on the Danube visiting 5 countries along the way. We always know what to expect from this cruise company, excellent service, wonderful food, great educational experiences and fantastic group leaders at a fair price. We have also taken 7 land tours with GCT and found them to offer the same great service and quality as their cruises! We will always choose Grand Circle!!!
GCCL is the best cruise I have ever taken. The staff and program directors are so attentive and personable. In a couple of days crew members were addressing me by name. The food is absolutely fantastic and the entertainment given by the crew is wonderful. I could go on and on how marvelous this cruise line is! I will definitely recommend it to my friends!!
Don’t buy travel insurance that they recommend! My family member has been trying for months to get a refund when he couldn’t travel last year
My first tour was Ireland in 2007. A wonderful experience.
