We bought a used pontoon boat from Grand Bay Marine back in 2013. It was a great experience. They delivered it right to our lake and gave instructions on how to operate it. The representative stayed until we were comfortable with operating the boat. Would buy from Grand Bay again.
Had a wonderful experience working with Kyle,Brett, Mike and of course the awesome captain Rob in the purchase of our boat. The staff were always prompt in answering our questions and addressed any concerns we had. Captain Rob was AWESOME during our sea test with the boat, as he explained so much about the boat and had a vast amount of boating knowledge. I am so thankful for the great customer service and knowledge of the staff at Grand Bay Marine! We highly recommend them to anyone in the market for new or used boat!
We bought our first boat from GBM last month. While we experienced a few hiccups initially, our concerns and needs were met with great customer care and attentiveness. Everyone we dealt with was very nice and concerned for our satisfaction. Kyle is very educated and a great resource for the surf boat we purchased, not to mention extremely kind to and caring for his customers. He went out of his way on a Sunday to accomodate our schedule. Mike, our sales person, was also fantastic and provided top notch customer service.
I had a great experience with Grand Bay. I am new to boating and their staff, Liz, Kyle and Cedes were awesome in walking me through the entire process. I couldn’t be happier with my new to me Four Winns. They were helpful and professional. Their delivery service was on time and very easy to work with their driver Bobby. I highly recommend Grand Bay. You won’t be disappointed.
We love our new Regal 2200 and working with Kyle was wonderful! As first time boat owners, he took a lot of time answering questions and educating us so we could find the perfect fit for our family. The quality and craftsmanship of the Regal is far above any other brand out there.
