Shortly after, I reached out to them online and Kyle quickly responded. Kyle kept in contact and answered all of our questions. Kyle was very knowledgeable and professional throughout the entire process. We purchased a Starcraft pontoon from Mike Simpson at Grand Bay Marine last year. The CX23DL is such a luxurious ride and we couldn't be happier with the boat. Mike was fair, diligent, and honest to work with and we can't wait to get back on the water.
We bought our first boat from Tammie Cornell who has been just amazing to work with - along with the great guys in the service department. I’m sorry to say that we will not be purchasing our next boat from GB due to very rude treatment from Liz, who contacted us without Tammie’s knowledge - an awkward and confusing conversation that left us understandably offended. I’ve been working with Liz and the Grand Bay Marine family since our first boat in 2008. It isn’t often you can find a person who understands, and follows through, with a relationship in a dealership. This team is fantastic. Every time we see them at the boat show, they remember our names, know my family and want to ensure you’re taken care of. Bare in mind, they’re 3 hrs from where we live. If your in the market for a boat, or service of one, I highly and only have recommended Grand Bay Marine.

Our family purchased our first big boat from Liz and Kyle spring of 2018. It has been an amazing experience from all prospectives. Their team and a fair and honest process that has lasted with each ownership experience. I am counting on them to help our family enjoy the summer of 2020. Liz and Mike Simpson are great to work with. They made sure we had our boat within a week as it was late in the summer. Once we got the boat on the lake our kids locked the keys in the glove box!😂. I texted Liz and she made sure that we got new keys that Saturday as they were about to close. Made me feel like they cared! Great service department as well.
