I’m very thankful for the great experience our family has had purchasing a new Regal 20’ bowrider! We’ve entertained family and friends on our beautiful boat 6 times over the past 2 weeks, loving the quality, beauty and ease of operation. Just want to give a big Thank you!!! to the Service Department. Had an issue with the power Tower on my 2014 Regal 24 Fasdeck. I Did not buy the boat at Grand Bay Marine but took it up there from Grand Rapids as i had given up on trying to resolve the problem. It was a Sunday morning i drove 2.5 hrs not really knowing what to expect. When i got there and got to the service desk they dropped what they were doing and came right out to my boat. We bought a Starcraft pontoon from grand bay Marine at the boat show this year . We had a few minor issues that were fixed and made to be right until we were happy. Special thanks to Tammy sales . I also want to thank Mike Parker service manager and of course Liz the owner for making us feel that the customer is first at her business.

I had the pleasure of discovering Grand Bay Marine at the Grand Rapids boat show this year and the entire experience was amazing! I worked with Liz and Kyle and found the boat I had been dreaming about and now am the proud owner of! They are extremely friendly and helpful and zero pressure. Felt like I was buying from a friend!
