We love our new pontoon boat. Service has been great. Communication with Tammy and Liz are a thumbs up !!! Liz worked her butt off to get our 1st boat loan ever . Tammy answered all of our questions and kept us well informed . Also she personally delivered our plates and tags to our home for our pontoon , kinda thinking that was above and beyond .....Thank you If you're looking for a new boat, start here.
Definitely felt ripped off. Spent $3500 and a year without my boat, got it back with hydraulics not working, cigarette butts all over the inside of the boat, the motor cover not fitting right, oar cut loose from binding, missing horn, broken horn, broken driver's seat bracket, and was charged $900 of that to correct a motor problem that they caused, they smoked my engine. Avoid business with this group. Communicating over the year was poor to say the least.
They are awesome incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and answer any and all questions! This was our first boat so I had plenty! Thank you all can't wait to enjoy the water!
Great experience working with Tammie! She made sure we got exactly what we needed. Everyone extremely friendly. Very highly recommend them!!
