Good for People, Not for Dogs The location is fantastic and the staff is very friendly. If I did not have a dog, this is a wonderful complex and I would have enjoyed my time here. My primary issue is the attention given to the dog amenities. The dog park is sliding off the dirt mound they built it on and the fence has already pulled apart once. Also, despite all the money spent on creating awareness about picking up dog poop (signs, fliers, etc.), some bag dispensers have been left empty for so long that birds have not only ... read more

Great development & Incredible Staff Not only is the complex well maintained but the staff is amazing to work with. Super responsive and always know how to help. This was my first time living on my own post grad and the complex is incredibly safe. They definitely know how to make it feel like your home away from home. Only a short drive to the grocery stores and easy access to the high way. I would recommend for anybody looking for a place to stay.

Good community We moved in a few years ago while construction was still ongoing. Now that Champion has assumed the management, a better “vibe” is evident. On site staff is professional, competent, and friendly

Great place!! Great community and staff. I like the pond in the middle and the pool area is amazing. The gym is better than my old apartment complex and better equipped.

Wonderful place to call home! My fiancé and I lived at Emerson Park just under 2 years. When we first moved there it was under a different management, we liked it but there was definitely room for improvement. When Champion took over things improved beyond belief! The management team is amazing, there are a ton of community events, the club house, pool, and gym were always cleaned and fully stocked with items. When Champion took over they added a dog park, community garden, and a play ground! Communication was great as well!... read more

Great place to live! I’ve lived here almost two years now and with Champions’s management, they have made it a great place to live! Managers are always available at the office, and via phone and email to answer questions and concerns, they are super friendly and they take pride in making our living experience great!
