Worst condo association in Miami, you literally cannot use any of the amenities. The spa has been closed for renovation for over a month and it seems this happens regularly. I was even just informed by two members of the Association staff that it is prohibited to lay on the grass on the pool deck despite having seen dozens of other residents do the same.
