I was sent here from my spine care provider to do microdiscectomy on my lower lumbar. I was told to come here 3:30 in the afternoon when my surgery was at 5pm so I can sign paperwork and get prepared for the surgery. The place was clean and quiet. I was the only patient there at the time. The receptionist was very kind and cordial. After few minutes I was sent inside where I changed to the gown and was being prepared for the surgery. I’m a healthcare professional and I’m disappointed in how terrible the service here was. The nurse gave us the wrong information about how the procedure went probably to get us to stop asking questions. Told us they were able to only remove 1 lump but then 10 days later the surgeon informed us both lumps were removed. Was also sharing PHI in a busy waiting room but wanted to make a point and ask my family member if I had permission to know how the procedure went.
