Gramatan Management is an unprofessional management company. Glenn and Chris are so ill suited to manage this company. They are extremely unresponsive, they offer zero communication and transparency. Refuses to provide shareholders with financial statements and do not want to set up board meetings. They raised our maintenance fees and gave us 3 weeks notice. This management company does not offer any value to our coop building and they need to get fired!

Last week during the power outage, one of their buildings had a block party. My son walked over and he told me they were drinking liquor and partying with lit candles until 2 o’clock in the morning, my son mentioned there were children present. He took pictures for the police. I live on east 235th Street and we had to sleep with the windows open due to the heat and power outage, we could hear screaming and talking from 4 o’clock in the afternoon until 2 o’clock in the morning.
