I just wanted to take a moment to recognize the staff located in Grand Island, NE. I have taken my vehicle there many times for different needs, and they are always informative, efficient, professional, and most of all, TRUSTWORTHY. It is difficult to find a facility that has ALL of the above qualities. The staff deserves recognition for their dedication and hard work
I called and scheduled an appointment to get my oil changed on 4-3-15. I had a coupon I had gotten out of the Sunday paper. Well because my car is not very orderly I missed placed it. The gentleman at the counter was nice enough to honor it even though I didn't have the coupon present! I didn't wait long either. I would say that in some cases I have waited longer at some jiffy lubes! I will go back here again! Thanks bunches!!
Hands down best tire service in the area! Fast and efficient, I can't stress how wonderful the techs are. Everything and more I could ever want in a full service shop.
I got so much help filling out my rebate form from the staff. They did not have to do that. All of the employees deserve a big thank you and I'll definitely be coming back soon. I might even bring donuts for everyone!
