Graham Tire Lincoln North always provides incredible service and goes above and beyond to help customers out. It's hard to find an auto repair shop that will take the time to explain what they're doing, why they're doing it, and what the most cost effective way to do it is going to be but Graham North always does. I just wanted to take a moment to recognize the staff located in Grand Island, NE. I have taken my vehicle there many times for different needs, and they are always informative, efficient, professional, and most of all, TRUSTWORTHY. It is difficult to find a facility that has ALL of the above qualities. The staff deserves recognition for their dedication and hard work
I called and scheduled an appointment to get my oil changed on 4-3-15. I had a coupon I had gotten out of the Sunday paper. Well because my car is not very orderly I missed placed it. The gentleman at the counter was nice enough to honor it even though I didn't have the coupon present! I didn't wait long either. I would say that in some cases I have waited longer at some jiffy lubes! I will go back here again! Thanks bunches!!
Hands down best tire service in the area! Fast and efficient, I can't stress how wonderful the techs are. Everything and more I could ever want in a full service shop.
I got so much help filling out my rebate form from the staff. They did not have to do that. All of the employees deserve a big thank you and I'll definitely be coming back soon. I might even bring donuts for everyone!
I had some new wheels put on at Graham Tire and they ensured me that they not only had the tooling to install them without damaging the wheels, but also had the technicians skilled enough to handle the job.
