I got a new set of tires yesterday. I wanted to compliment your people. They had everything lined up for me yesterday when I arrived with my truck. VERY professional, friendly individual. Definitely as asset to Graham Tire in quality customer service. I've worked sales and customer service for 25 years, and learned to appreciate quality. My compliments to him.
I had two flat tires and nowhere to go. I needed a new set of tires for the upcoming snow anyways, so I figured I might as well get a new set. I decided to give Graham Tire a call and see what they could do. I was in panic mode. This is how you do customer service. Other establishments, take note. The person I spoke to on the phone, Mike, was courteous, professional, and most importantly, patient with me. I gave him my make and model and he found the best deals for me within seconds.
I just wanted to write a message and say thank you to the two individuals that stayed late on Monday on the cliff location: I came in just before close with a flat tire and they stayed late fixed it I really appreciate it.
I just want to thank you for your employee at the Lincoln North location. I was there awhile back to see if somone could help me figure out how to drop the spare on a newer truck I had just purchased. Heath, though going out the door to lunch, dropped his plans and showed me what to do. To me this is an awesome employee and he should be commended on his dedication to customer service. He is always kind, considerate and friendly with the great smile. This is why I go to Graham Tire for all my vehicle needs. Thanks again.

I just wanted to let you know that you have a wonderful service writer named John, at your SE Lincoln location. He was very pleasant, helpful, and informative. Too often these employees do not get recognized for a job well done. John is an asset to Graham Tire. I am sure the gentlemen in the garage are equally valuable.
