We called Graham Tire on our way through Lincoln on our way home from a vacation after our camper had tire trouble. Heath was extremely helpful in getting us in promptly, servicing our camper and even driving my kids and I to a local restaurant to get lunch while we waited. The work was done well and in a timely manner. What looked to be a long, unplanned ordeal turned out to be stress free and pleasant.

I have been having service done on the company vehicles I drove. Also my personal vehicles for the last four years. I can trust the staff at the Cushman drive location. They have done great service and have gone to exceptional lengths to correct any issues.
My car had two flat tires this morning, and since they were corroded on, I came to Graham to ask them to take a look at them. They drove me back out to my car, removed the tire, and helped put the spare on. They went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied, even lending me their personal iPhone charger since mine was at home. I highly recommend this company, if only for the wonderful staff who took care of me today.
Heath is an awesome employee and he should be commended on his dedication to customer service.
They are always informative, efficient, professional, and most of all, trustworthy. It is difficult to find a facility that has ALL of the above qualities.
