I took my 09 Chevy HHR to Graff Durand this morning around 10am for an oil change and there was this nice gentleman named Steven. He was awesome! Him and another guy changed my oil checked all my tires pressure, all my lights and found a fuse that was out and replaced it. He was so polite and professional that I will for sure take my car back there every time for my oil change if I receive that kind of service it was well worth the money.
The guys I worked with were awesome. Very helpful in helping me trade my car.
We were glad our vehicle could be seen same day for not starting on 9/19/16 but we had the same problem again this morning, the vehicle would not start so its back with Graff again.

I HAD A GREAT EXPERIENCE WORKING WITH ERIC KIRCHINGER! I HAVE NEVER OWNED AN SUV, SO I WAS NOT AT ALL KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THE DIFFERENT MODELS AND OPTIONS. ERIC SPENT A TON OF TIME EXPLAINING THE DIFFERENCES AND GIVING PRICE/PAYMENT QUOTES. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND STOPPING BY TO SEE ERIC IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING A NEW VEHICLE.

Would not go back there. Was sold a truck with 1/2 ton tires on a 3/4 ton hd. Also the were supposed to put new fender flares on n they filled hole n painted. You can see every hole on both side. Also they said a small exhaust leak. But was manifold gasket n three bolts were broke off. The fog lights have no covers on them. Also the air boot was glued together with string help holding it together. The sale guy Jeff didn't do a damn thing about it. Nether did Don the manager. I had an oil change and tire rotation. The Service Team was professional, complete and friendly. The price was fair, I will be back...
